"Unlocking Doors To Success"
At Luster All Pastoral Care & Cultural Center, Inc. we believe it is an honor to serve and have an opportunity to be a part of an organization whose mission is to encourage and motivate individuals to become self-sufficient, productive and responsible citizens in our diverse society.
We witness daily the decay effect of lethargy and hopelessness that drug abuse and other social and economic ills have on our neighborhoods. We recognize that without proper direction, leadership, encouragement, education and training this trend of decay will only grow worse.
To have a dream but never the opportunity to achieve it is a tragedy. But it is much worse to never realize that you have the capacity to dream and aquire the skills and knowledge to make dreams become reality. Please join us in helping others to realize their dreams. Your gift of referrals, personal commitment, or funds will help enable us to continue providing award-winning, quality programs and services.
